Class Types

KickHouse offers a variety of kickboxing classes that are accessible to beginners as well as more advanced athletes.  This “all fitness levels” approach is executed by knowledgeable coaches who give you exercises that work for YOU!  Regardless of which type of kickboxing class you sign up for, your coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure you  get a great workout and get results. From kickboxing to the beat of music to kickboxing with some yoga and stretching involved, KickHouse has fun fitness classes that will work for you!

Kick Start

This class will get you introduced in a 30 minutes session to the foundation of the KickHouse class method while developing essential skills you’ll be using in every other class format.

Classic Kick

This is the KickHouse signature class method that expertly blends real boxing and kickboxing techniques with total body conditioning. Learn the basic blueprints to excel in any of the rest of the class formats.

Power Kick

This class is higher intensity and skill level than a ClassicKick class and is ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning and utilizing real Muay Thai form. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this class and are encouraged to work to their own ability and comfort level. Rounds in this class concentrate on increased pacing, power output and technical perfection!

Kickin' Abs

There are three major benefits to having a strong core; posture and balance, athletic performance and injury prevention. Kickin’Abs is a 30 minute Progressive Core Strength Training class designed to help you build a strong foundation and then build on that foundation to increase strength and definition.

Family Kicks

This non-contact kickboxing workout is perfect for every member of the family. With exciting punching and kicking components, this class will keep your child’s attention. Classes are action-packed!

Resistance Kick

ResistanceKick is an innovative 45 minute full body strength focused workout utilizing both the Slastix by Stroops® and Heavy Bags. Burn fat while building lean muscle with this exclusive KickHouse program. Combining dynamic strength training and our progressively intense kickboxing rounds, this interval style class will tone your body and improve your cardiovascular endurance. ResistanceKick is suitable for all fitness levels.

Kickin' Beats

This is where you come for the ULTIMATE House Party!! Choreographed kickboxing combos, driven by electrifying energy, matched to the beat of the latest dance jams. You’ll never want to miss this heart pumping, sweat dripping, fat shredding Kickboxing Jam session!

Strike & Flow

Strike & Flow elevates your workout by bringing in shadow boxing and mitt work elements. You will find your organic rhythm as you improve your agility and footwork in this enhanced class of comradery. This workout is designed to optimize fat utilization and promote energy balance through a low to moderate-intensive workout.

Recovery Kick

Muay Thai is demanding on both your body and mind, which is why you need to be dedicated in your recovery process. Our RecoveryKick class will balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with a well-rounded short but sweet flexibility and mobility stretching practice that addresses the areas most impacted by hitting a bag.

Circuit Kick

This is all about feeling strong, and building and toning muscle. The focus here is on strength training and kickboxing. CircuitKick uses a variety of resistance equipment that will target every major muscle group to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout.
